KWIR is Malta’s first LGBTIQ+ television series, premiering on ONE in January 2025. Created, written, and directed by Brandon Terribile, the series explores football, pansexuality, and drag culture through the lives of teenagers navigating love, self-discovery, and acceptance—both on and off the pitch.

KWIR is an uplifting coming-of-age story set in the world of football, following a rising teenage star who falls in love and begins to embrace his identity. Blending queer love, pansexuality, and Malta’s vibrant drag scene, the film challenges taboos in sport and celebrates authenticity, self-expression, and the freedom to love without compromise.

Ħej! marks its third anniversary on TVM as one of Malta’s leading educational and inclusive children’s programmes, blending fun, learning, empathy, and mental well-being. Child-led and proudly bilingual, the show champions diversity, authentic representation, and creativity, growing into a community that inspires kind and confident young minds.

“Oskar” is Malta’s first inclusive on-demand TV series, available exclusively on TVMi.mt and also broadcast on Television Malta. The family-friendly show follows Oskar’s humorous adventures working in a secondary school, featuring a diverse cast that includes actors with autism and Down syndrome to reflect real-world inclusion.
